I am – together with Eva Buchheim – the owner and founder of Himmer, Buchheim & Partner, an agency operating in austria and germany for national and international clients. My company focuses on creating Internal-, Employer Branding- and Recruiting-Campaigns. I believe in the success of strong ideas and in integrated brand communication for internal and external target groups . Brands become successful and magnetic, when employees and clients are fascinated, emotionally and rationally touched and are able to identify themselves with the culture, the values and the products of the company. 10 years on company-side and 15 years on agency-side are representing a tremendous experience of
brand-management, stratgic-planning of campaigns and creating investmentstories for company brands.

As a senior communication advisor, over a period of 25 years, I am responsilbe for corporate culture campaigns, image campaigns, change communication processes, branding, capital increases, mergers and acquisitions and repositioning of campaigns and brands.
