Opportunities and tools for a new way of building value with customers
As complexity in business relationship increases and more stakeholders are included in each sales process, traditional linear sales processes are becoming increasingly challenging. Building eco-systems for sales can increase revenue, increase retention of customers and secure better revenues. This keynote will address the opportunities and tools for this new way of building value with customers.
Karina Burgdorff Jensen, founder of the International Creating value and sales science institute at Aalborg University Denmark, is an experienced international keynote speaker and lecturer. She is doing research in co-creation sales and eco-systems since 2014. Before becoming an academic, Karina worked as a consultant for major coorporations in Denmark.
